This noble initiative, undertaken by Water for People, an international NGO working in the field of sanitation and water supply in the rural sector, strives to provide rural

schools with a low cost, low maintenance, hygienic and long lasting model for a toilet

block for 13 different student capacities.

The thrust was to encourage female education in Indian villages and the toilet

has been designed as an engaging space, thus contributing to a positive environment for education.
